Description: Blonde ale was made with a mixed fermentation of Vermont and Belgian yeast strains. The unique peach and Belgian flavors of the yeast are paired with a heavy Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo dryhop. Taste is citrus, white grapes, and peach.
